Shipping:

Most merchandise is shipped from Adrian Michigan. Some merchandise is drop shipped from our affiliates. We strive to ship  within 5 to 7 days. We will contact you by the email you provided if an order can not be shipped within 7 days.

Shipping Costs:

Generally, shipping costs are outside our control.
We constantly strive to find the lowest cost, best shipping methods. The shipper chosen must ship throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico and also be able to ship over seas.
The chosen shipper must have a reputation of getting the job done right and in a timely manner.
Because of these requirements The shipper used may not be the cheapest over all but we feel a satisfied customer is important.
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these reasons. This site has a API feed with USPS. USPS automatically computes the shipping fee, then the API feed automatically and seamlessly adds this amount to the invoice. The amount is based on the origination location of Adrian Michigan USA to the destination location without insurance. If you wish to have your order insured please contact us BEFORE completing your order or inform us within the comments section of the order. We will contact you using the Email you provide informing you of the amount of this additional charge.

This site has no control over the shipping amount. For this reason we strive to keep our item pricing as low as possible in the hope it helps offset shipping costs.

Returns:

We are a very tiny mall so we are unable to accept returns. All goods are shipped in complete, working or un-damaged condition. Should you receive an item in a condition other than mentioned above, contact the shipper to report damaged goods
